The Econour Sun Shade is a great solution if you live in a warm climate. It is definitely worth the time to take it out block all of the uv rays and heat from penetrating your windshield. There are faster-deploying options out there, which I will review in a separate post.
Coverage and durability are probably the Econour’s strengths. The back side is black, so you could probably use this to defrost in colder months too.
This comes in seven sizes, so take a look at the size chart or measure your vehicle! Otherwise, most applications should be fine with the standard size.
Since I mentioned deployment. I love retractable mounted shades. My bet is that the Econour will actually last longer, because the mechanism in retractable shades tends to break. Take a look at the Econour product page HERE.
Another useful tip: when it comes to sun shades is to crack open your windows an inch or so. Windshield light exclusion does not prevent your car’s interior from becoming an oven!
