The TOPGO Cup Holder Phone Mount is great way to secure your phone in a vehicle. I’ve tried air vent clips before and this is a much more stable way to go for sure.
Our project car is a Mazda 3 with the cup holders positioned between front and rear charge ports. It even has cable management that goes right to the cup holders making this a great solution.
On the less-than ideal side is the fact that most cup holders(excluding maybe Ram) are going to be low field of view for using GPS. Even so, this is a better and more solid option when compared to not using a mount at all.
